Live events and lighting design

Since 2018, Mohamed Ragab has designed the lighting and directed the show for El-Dawlia's annual meeting, staged each year at leading hotels in Alexandria. One of those hotels later adopted his lighting design for the venue itself.

El-Dawlia's management honored him twice, in 2019 and 2021, for directing the company's commercials.

An AI short film about the Nubian language that Egypt used as a secret code in the 1973 war. Watched more than 300,000 times on Instagram.

Part two

Behind the lens

Mohamed Ragab is a cinematographer turned creative director. He spent years as a director of photography for Egypt's leading TV networks, then went on to direct commercials for regional brands and lead content for DP World, the European Union and UNICEF.

In 2013 he co-directed and shot "Zaad", a documentary that won third place in the Egyptian Shorts & Documentaries Competition at the 29th Alexandria Film Festival for Mediterranean Countries, and was featured on Rotana Masriya.

Ragab Studio has no fixed house style. Every film is built around the client's own identity: concept, script, shoot, edit and grade.
